Sewing for the home

The Sew Mama Sew blog is doing a Sewing for the Home edition. http://sewmamasew.com/blog2/

Be sure to check it out. I've also submitted a tutorial. They weren't able to host it on their site due to the number of responses received for the edition, but Beth said if I hosted it and got her the link, she'd send readers my way. Here's to hoping she's able to :) If not, the tutorial to make corn pillows is on the WWCV. http://wwcv.blogspot.com/

Aside from creating the corn pillow tutorial, this weekend I found a GREAT new place in Georgetown. Poppy Quilt and Sew store has Awesome fabrics and tons of Fat Quarters. http://www.poppyquiltnsew.com/ They have a cute little store in Georgetown, lots of Michael Miller fabric! I made a make up bag, coasters and little clutch purse this weekend too!
